As a car gets older I like everything stock. Now if you need to upgrade things to make it more driveable on modern roads it's very much understandable. Like I have a 1961 Morris Cooper that was a 1000cc but got turned into a Cooper s so it has a 1275cc engine and disc brakes so very much driveable now. An I am going to buy a classic fiat 500 and already got front disc brakes for it. If you drive your classic car some things may need to be upgraded. But for these like 99 sports cars you can leave it alone and these drive it an have fun without upgrading things.

Definitely put a stock steering wheel back on and change out the wheels as well. Gear knob and surrounds need replacing. For the money a nice clean car with low kms that you could build upon. Can’t beat a good detail and clean up the surface rust. Minor things so knock off a few $,000- dollars 👍

What if the previous owner change the cluster to the Nismo ones. And after awhile, switch back to the original cluster just before he sold it off. That would definitely gives a low mileage isnt it.

no, the car ecu also save the milage and correct if you do such an operation.
