Should we FEAR or should we CELEBRATE aging? Let’s ask the experts… people who are already 50 plus!!

I feel absolutely ok about turning 50 next year/ getting older, and I think it's because of a number of things: starting HRT a year and a half ago has def helped, seeing you, and other women in the media embracing their grey hair, gives me the courage to do the same (just over 7 months since I last dyed my hair, and I CANNOT wait for my hair to be completely natural☺). I def feel more at ease with myself, I don't care anymore about what people think of me.... It's liberating😊. I def feel *more* confident. And as I get older I start to truly realise what REALLY matters.... I could go on... ☺ Thanks for the vlog. Hope you feel better soon.

Definitely on the mend and feeling much better!! 7 months is an amazing accomplishment!! I think that was my hardest month and after that it got so much easier!! Sounds like you are embracing this amazing stage of your life which I love!!! I don’t know much about HRT…. I should look into that!

A couple things....for one, I LOVE your grey hair...absolutely LOVE it. I will NOT dye my hair if I go grey, and will just let it flow naturally like you. I love when anyone - women especially embraces their grey and let's it go. My wife, who has REALLY dark, almost black hair is the same way. She has a few greys now and would never think of dyeing them. Also, your videos on how to maintain your greys are SO helpful, and definitely something we've looked to. Secondly, aging is so beautiful, and I can't wait to grow older. I'm only 37, and am so excited to be 40, and will be even more excited to be 50. You seem so confident in yourself, and a lot of that certainly comes with age. I am glad you are embracing getting older, because as women, we're told a lot of things as we age, and that we can't be certain things, but, I love that you are loving 50 and beyond. Great video as always!
