I have seen people argue that DOT and Seele are still good and can easily clear endgame if you don't have skill issue. The skill issues in question is not having e2s1 on every character.

@@evaunit0195 Well it’s not unreasonable to assume that the people who still use older characters, have done some vertical investment. I don’t have any break or dot units, and only just got Himeko from the five star selector in order to have other erudition than Serval and Herta. Yet I have cleared all endgame content since 1.3 because of my E2 Imbibitor Lunae and Seele, and now also an E2 Feixiao. As a F2P, you need to make a plan for how to spend your jades if you want to clear endgame.

I don't think we should give up on DoT... Knowing HYV's track record, they try to shoehorn in functionality with new archetypes. Acheron being nihility despite do very little with debuffs herself, Lingsha being an Erudition Abundance that works with FUA and break, etc. I feel like a Remembrance character is gonna supplement DoT by either adding a Memosprite that does DoT mechanics like the trashlord galactic adventure raccoon equipment mode.

But still, Imbibitor Lunae can do this every turn and only hitting three enemies, whereas Argenti has to charge up his ultimate over several turns and his hitting five enemies. Without the 50% buff, I would be hitting for above 800000, so that’s still pretty good.

@@Djdjkskssjie8381 , i was running e0s1 acheron with an e2 pela, e0s1 kafka and e0s0 aventurine , he was doing with an e1s1 lingsha, e0s1 sunday and e0s1 jiaoqiu, i will put down the team buffs he had with aventurine after the ones i had with my acheron: my acheron: 46% defense shred (pela+resolution) 15% total damage increase (aventurine) mrpokke's argenti: 112% total damage increase to his ultimate (jiaoqiu+jiaoqiu lc+lingsha lc+sunday+sunday lc) 20% defense shred (e1 lingsha) 20% incoming damage increase (jiaoqiu) 20% crit rate (sunday) 72% crit damage increase (at least with sunday) the damage difference is 1.4 million for the team that has only 2 buffs.

If you run Tingyun, side 2 can be quite higher. My score in Side 2 was 3400 with Argenti, Sunday, Tingyun, Lynx. Because you should be able to kill the broken phase at E0S1 if you enter it with a full Argenti Ult. You will get 2 full-cost Ults and can squeeze 1 more 90-cost ult. And you just delay breaking the boss until you are prepared to nuke.

I tried with the DoT team (Kafka E1S1, Black Swan E0S1, Robin E1S0, Huohuo E1S0) but got mad because 2nd phase Cocolia threw the Genki Dama, then attacked, charged the next and just threw it right away without a single action of my party (my Kafka have almost 170 SPD with Huohuo, lol). Only Huohuo survived the 2nd Genki Dama, then I decided to try Feixiao team and it went kind of easily... Second half was fine with Rappa's super break team.

Argenti clears this boss fine ? There is obvious bias because, I'm sorry but MrPokke never plays Argenti so obviously it's going to look worse. - in this fight it's fine to spam 100 energy ult BUT you absolutely need to sit on a full ult as you break the dino. With a good build, you can break through the 3.5M or so it should have left with double max ult before it recovers, or at least be very close to death. you're saving at least 200AV just doing that lol. Not saying Argenti is godmode on this boss (it has physical resistance and doesn't play to his strengths that well) or that Argenti is great in general, but he absolutely clears this boss within the required AV if you know what you're doing.

btw argentis best in slot team for this is sunday, sparkle, aventurine. builds the stacks on enemies faster, buffs his damage a ton, and allows him to build energy quickly too (at least compared to the team u used). Mine was hitting for 1.8 million and i got 3400 something as a score.

(Even there is like more problems than that like; Argenti not having a dedicated support for him other than Tingyun which is not even that good considering the 5* supports we are getting for other characters these days.) They have 2 stages of being broken: one is by hitcount, and the other is shared toughness bar that can be damaged regardless of the attack element. Did you not see in this video how Argenti can damage and break their toughness before getting the AS bonus?
