if taken to court there needs to be evidence, the said boy must have made a police report and there must be a medical report that show they had sex.....otherwise no case here. As for the husband, he should take a decision either to forgive or to let her go .....easily without catching feelings.these are the times we live....and its very easy for a married woman to be smashed coz they are easy to ask for sex. Me i would forgive her.
