I think this is a good point. If she is so concerned, why not advocate for limiting the number of alcoholic drinks someone can have at a pub. I think that would likely make her think about the argument. Kebabs are absolutely not the problem.

I'm all for consistency! Your rule should then apply to carrying knife in public, pepper spray, taser. If somone cannot control self, and do stupid things, it is not my problem. (anyway, there is pandemic of knife crime already, and they are already banned in public) I should be allow to carry them for my own protrction and my family and my friends too.

Pointless? They are telling you the plan lol. More like pointless comments. The plan is digital currency (cbdc's) that is programmable and can only be spent on what's acceptable. The food you want is unacceptable. Government lab grown nutrition is the plan, and not allowed to use your hard earned cbdc's on "not allowed" products like burgers cigs, kebabs, pasties. Then the problem of making good healthy choices after a pub crawl down your local high street, isn't the kebab shop on the other end of the street-it's the pubs selling alcohol, get rid of alcohol peddlers and everyone will make healthy choices... Of course, that is not logical-on both ends of the debate for endless alcohol consumption or against unhealthy kebabs. But I cannot help but suspect a cultural bias on the debate...

When I was young and went to kebab places once a week after parties etc not a one of us was fat! It’s not the kebabs making people fat. People have been getting fatter and fatter over the past 3 decades and I think it’s more likely the DAILY amounts of processed food that people are eating, along with lack of exercise.
