Just bought 2 sets of Honma Beres 3 star for my wife and myself. Absolutely fabulous. I admit, we have reached an age were clubhead speed comes down wether you like it or not. The Honma clubs brought back the distance lost. Yes, I agree, they are bloody expensive but if you can afford them and want to keep up with distance then they are the clubs to go for.

15 handicap, but missing 20 yards still off the tee using Taylormade RBZ Stage 2 would this be a good move for me? Despite some improvements, slice has become a fade, the draw bias on this club is making me curious

The T//World GS, with its draw bias, is likely to be a good fit for your game if you are really struggling with a slice off the tee. Go and try some draw bias drivers out for yourself, see what the results are like and of course get fitted. DC

I can't determine if I should go for the Mizuno JPX921 Forged or the Honma TR 21X

The Japanese as a whole seem to have a very naive and purist approach to selling their golf equipment . They produce a really well engineered quality product but are outgunned by the big American companies, who corner the market with sometimes inferior quality but big bucks advertising and tour playing endorsement. Dare to be different and buy Honma, from personal experience they are good, they just don’t shout about it.

I’ve got a set of honma tw-x irons and they’re unreal, so smooth and so much feel. Just purchased the tr21 fairway woods
