In today's video I will be playing in the Centurion Mk. 5/1, a tier 8 British medium that has some nice things going for it. Is it worth buying?

Hey Flossie, have you seen the new LW-1300 Uran? It's a T10 heavy and it's only on russian server i guess, but it's completely unpenable frontally, even from T10 high pen TDs.

Short answer: yes. what the hell did you expect it has more turret armor then the Emil as a medium.

I grinded it while only expending 3.5k gold, for a tier 8 premium it's worth. It's LITERALLY a Centurion with a better turret and hull, mobility and gun are literally the same. It's an upgrade and does a lot of credits

Honestly love any British tank with a thick turret that can rip apart enemies from the Ridgelines with its dpm. Also im never get inevits number... 😔

I think bro got confused on the hull armor thickness part. It’s the Cent 1 which has terrible hull armor, the 5/1 has actually really really good upper plate armor which being used at any depression angle is super effective

I was talking about the uper plate on flat ground. It's bad lol. When using gun depression obviously it's gonna be strong, I just worded it wrong in the vid. Oh well

I have it for 4 years and all of guys need to know this is a god med tank in tier 8. God of hull down, god of turret armor, good damage, nice dpm, and the gun is super accured. Good hp, njce pen. Its really is a god tank if you learn how to play it

Been running this tank for a while too. Do you use rammer or cali? Switched to cali recently to prepare for the rammer nerf next update and I feel like I can easily pen even tier IXs. I do miss the extra DPM though

@@miggyyusay im alwase use cali and im ok with that, its so good for this tank, its a nice tank, if the moron war gaming nerf it, its be a good tank even with nerf. The armor of turret of this can hold 2 tier 9 tank in hull down and dont let them try to rush your tram.

As a hulldown player its worth it since u can play hill advantage compared to the tech tree version which has a weaker turret compared to this tank which enemies can easily pen.
