So how about that body recomp video? I've got the mind set and courage to join a gym. I have no idea what to do or where to start. I'm in my 30's sneaking up on 40. Never really been fit, never been "fat" but I would say I'm definitely skinny fat. Type 1 diabetic. Need to make a lifestyle change. I want to feel strong again, healthy and fit.

Start to go to the gym and it is not sarcasm. Firstly do not spare money to hire a gym coach and buy comfortable gym suits. Just start to do it. Coach will help you understand how to make exercises “right”: try to find information about muscle anatomy and how lift the weight to have direct impact to current muscle + do not forget to read Brand’s article about push pull leg exercises. After that come back at this channel and a lot of thing about the meal will be clear to you and may be Brand will issue new episode for this moment)))
