Should you Buy a Used Harley Davidson Fat Boy?

I just made the switch to harley from a few metric bikes and I must say that my 03 fatboy rides like a caddy and sounds like a barricuda!!! I love it so far.Yes it's a little slow for as much sound you get.I'll admit. When a cop pulls you over and say's you had to be doing 70 you say no it just sounded like I was doing 70!!! The prices right now are really good. For 6-7 grand you can find a really nice bike america or japanese.

I bought an 01 fatboy wirh 5200 miles for 6 grand. I love it. I cant get off it. Plenty of power in that twin cam

Am English got same as you and year, but no silencers very noisy, also have two more harleys both soft tails, one with the most beautiful wheels very expensive, all my harleys have every extras you can buy, they are stunning 😍 you enjoy your bike i do

Beautiful bike, my dream bike. I know nothing about bikes other than how to ride them. I wouldn't know what to look for when buying used in that I wouldn't know a good buy from a bad one

I have The same Bike also a 2011 the wheels came chromed. 10,000 on The 2008 5,000 on the 2011 ,I do not like the Headlight on The new ones .I also have an EVO with an S&S I like the Potato Potato ,sound , I have always done my own maintaince . Except Tires .The EVO could use The six speed .

The bigger the bike the less chances it will drop on you? Once you reach a certain tipping point the C.G. will take it where it wants to go which means if it's heaver forget it. Am I wrong?
