Should You Buy a Xaphoon/Pocket Sax?

From what I remember, the Xaphoon mouthpiece is bulkier at the tip and not at all like a traditional sax or clarinet mouthpiece.

You could use flute notes for most songs, you just might need to move things down one octave. If not, I usually have to figure it out myself! (Transcribing)

I can't understand it a bit, I want to play a blues scale on it and I don't see the Bb sound, although the set comes with a sheet of sounds but I don't fully understand it.
