I would say so, yes! I've still been wearing them all the time (specifically when I work out) :) But they're not wool, so they're not super hot!

Great video! I usually wear 11.5. Would you recommend going a half size up or down for these?

Hi there! We typically recommended sizing down for the wool runners and sizing up for the tree, as the wool tend to stretch a bit! The good thing is that they have a 30-day return policy and you can wear them during that whole period to try them out! Any lightly-worn used shoes get donated to Soles4Soles:)
