He is saying so because bank auction properties take away his 2% brokerage, yes you need to do due diligence first on your own and then put your hands into it!

​@@aryanyadav5654most likely he is saying because he does not have any job if everyone starts buying through auction, even in private property someone can sue you after 10 years claiming ownership or anything

Yes that is when the bank gives out its own money to the buyer. This is when the bank is selling. They both are complete different ball games. The bank actually says in their news paper notice in as is where is condition, which basically means Caveat Emptor!
