For the future of zombies, if they keep switching between normal round based zombies and a different style like mwz and improve in time then zombies will be great imo. Mwz has been fun as hell for me and I’m only playing solo as the difficulty kinda makes it fun. Good video tho!

I just want round based zombies again. With hard ass Easter eggs. Bo3 was peak zombies (not including pay to win with gobble gum). Cold War was too easy. Vanguard was…… ya we don’t even need to talk about that one

Bo1 and bo2 were also hard asf because u had no gubblegum there so these 2 makes high rounds hard but besides bo3 was and still is a W game

MWZ just feels so fun to play with friends even if its not og zombies.

Played a couple matches over at my friends place because I didn't buy the game, and it felt like a slighty improved version of DMZ without the bad PvP elements but has the exact same issues. Progression gets slowed down massively if you don't have a 3 stack of competent players and after completing the main questline I see no reason to keep playing apart from the camo grind if you are into that.

I think zombies has lost its way. Since CW they've been merging it more and more with campaign/mp. This is what happens when you lose creative minds like Zielinski and Blundell, and are left with a bland money-grab appeal to whatever the current thing is.

I played the beta of MWIII and I didn't like the maps, respawns, visibility and UI, and also never played DMZ and this new zombies never got my attention because it's generic, a DMZ + zombies and operators and shallow story. Anyways, thanks for the video!

Ok, good that you said you haven’t played DMZ or wz because from my pov, this game mode is like what nuketown zombies is to Lex, since I played a lot DMZ some DMZ mechanics make zero sense in mwz, the insurance weapons was there so you could go out and have a chance in fending off player encounters and bring home more weapons if you are lucky/skilled enough, like you might as well do load outs like cw zombies did since none of your guns are worth a damn when you extract it. Timer……. *sigh* why? The point system being pared with the contracts in DMZ was a huge mistake and boring as fuck to me, like sure DMZ had money pared with contracts but you felt compelled to use it on gear in buy stations because there was an actual use for it since players could turn up at any moment. In conclusion, DMZ that created the formula that mwz is borrowing doesn’t work, it may work for newcomers but if you actually played the game mode that pioneered it, I guarantee you you will off put about it
