I wonder if his skin is made of latex or vinyl? If it's regular latex, it will be much easier to repaint, using a bit of latex and some acrylic paint as a base color. I personally think he's too green right now, and a better repaint with a pale grey/green skin color and a bit of airbrush mottling would do wonders for old Flat Head here. '
