Lemon juice is by far my favorite flavored drink. I drink it, put it in my teas, and my beer, squeeze it on my fish, add it to risotto, use it in my olive oil vinegarette, flavor ice cream with it, etc. It's the best! Although, as you've noted, there are better prebiotic foods, blending and drinking a whole lemon does provide many of the same health benefits and more. The problem is that most people discard the peels, piths, and seeds which are where the most beneficial nutrients reside. I think that you do your viewers a disservice by not going into more detail about consuming the whole lemon other than a brief statement at 4:50 about your father! I think he got it right! You spent too much time disproving notions about the PH levels but I watched a half dozen other videos about the benefits of drinking lemon juice daily that didn't even mention PH at all! Besides, lemon tastes better than all its so-called substitutes, most of which are nasty and disgusting to my palate! I do like the taste of balsamic vinegar but not a full glass of it! But, it's a matter of taste. I've drank unsweetened lemon juice almost daily for most of my 74 years and I've rarely gotten sick. Maybe that's why, eh? Think about it! But you also seem to be highly concerned with making sales rather than actually helping people with their health. I see your adverts and spam everywhere. It's exhausting. I think that you are helpful, no doubt, but, also a profiteer in selling your books.
