Great looking vehicle. I would even take a SLT version but these are really expensive nowadays. The Denali in Atlanta is at least $80,000 out the door. SLT around $70,000

I used to think Yukons were boats but after looking up the specs, the Yukon is actually shorter than most full size crew cab trucks. In my opinion a more efficient vehicle for being a parent than a truck.

They are also quicker than you'd expect. I was driving mine the other day and stepped on it a little to pass another car, it went 25mph to almost 40 quite fast

I love the Yukon Denali over the Tahoe interior, I have a 2018 RST Tahoe 6.2 L. The design of the new Yukon Denali beats the new Tahoe body, so I would pony up some more dough and get the Denali.

Those fog lights are needed ( no fog lights in the Tahoe) in the winter snow up here in Michigan. A light interior is preferred over black that shows every dust particle for me.

Denali wins ALL DAY with that beautiful soft serve vanilla chocolate leather interior and that massive front chrome grille!! Yall enjoy that cheap black trim, I want that chrome EVERYWHERE just like your classy ass grandpa does!!❤

Great review . . I've probably watched 30 reviews on the Yukon and I agree with almost everything you said about the styling of it. I think the grill surround should start just below the top of the hood - instead of ON the hood. That would make the grill a little smaller and they should downsize the GMC lettering in the center a little, too. It would still have the "in-your-face" look . . just a little better proportions. Being retired and living alone, I COULD have a light interior like that, but it would show the dirt real fast with kids LOL. I like the look of the Tahoe High Country grill much better, too. I hope to purchase a Yukon just like this one sometime this year, but in Summit White instead of the "pearl".

I never realized how many Denalis look exactly the same. But one thing you should do is, make sure when you're paying $90k plus for a vehicle, you're getting the same stuff others paying the same get. The chip shortage things is and has been screwing many, many people.

I may be in the minority on this but I like the black interior on the Denali over the brown ultimate. I do love the black front on the ultimate but the rest of the body maintains the chrome. Not sure why.

The reason I will likely get this regular Yukon, fully loaded, not the xl, instead of the Yukon Ultimate, is because I want all black leather seats, not those brown ones in the Ultimate. Otherwise I'd pay the extra to get the Ultimate.

Why is it that the confusing question you pose as the title of this video isn't even mentioned in this video? You never explained what the Ultimate even is. There's the Denali and then the top of the line Denali Ultimate. Both are Denalis but the Ultimate comes with every option including some Ultimate exclusives like the Vader chrome accents, massaging driver and front passenger seats, front head rest speakers, and magnetic ride suspension like the Escalade. At least you pointed out that you prefer the Tahoe over the Yukon because that's what we really care about. SMH

Well that's an interesting opinion. The Chevrolet Suburban (which is what this really is underneath) is the longest running vehicle ever produced in America. It has been for sale since 1935. I'd have to say that your opinion is not the popular one here in America where the majority of these vehicles are sold. I would agree that driving a vehicle this size on the roads in the Liguria region of Italy would in fact be a nightmare but here in the US, it is a great all around people hauler and utility vehicle. Heck, it's even got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

You buy a Tahoe or Yukon so you can still tow while you take all your kids. Camper Two horse trailer Skidoo’s Motorcycles Or pack all your sports teams equipment in with the kids. That’s the daily ride Then there is the vacations you can take with a great, relaxing ride. The mileage you get with the 6.2 gas engine is 22 city and 30 on the interstate. At least that is what I get for mpg. When you get an engine designed for speed and a load, you coast at 70-75 mph , unlike a four banger that struggles to maintain any normal speed on the interstate.

And yes, I have owned a 1989 5.0 liter mustang and loved to coast on the interstate at 70 mph. And I got 26 mpg on trips and 22 in the city. Great car, great engine!
