The look and feel cool, more durable but not designed for higher powered emitters. They get too hot when used on high modes for a long time. fine for lower mode.

We need a Silver bodied light, apparently it's more conductive than Copper. Also how much lighter is the Ti version of the S2+ than the Al, ?

The Al is lighter than the Ti.

Apparently Titanium is approximately 1.5x heavier than aluminium. Titanium is also a poor heat conductor amongst metals.

Very nice looking but i prefer the silicone grip from Seekers Pro. On my older Seeker4Pro i covered almost all the body with mouse grip tape. Not the head and the front part,ofc.

Loads of folks obsess over "TITANIUM" just because it's titanium. It sounds fancy but in flashlight aplication it hardly has a place considering the same folks expect "fancy" titanium alloy ilumination device to perform on par with their average 6061 aluminium alloy device. Illumination device fans somehow forgot about steel alloys.

I wonder if steel has better heat dissipation. Titanium is great for lower power lights. Otherwise it gets way too hot.

@@DarrenYeoYT Generally stainless steel would be better thermal conductor than titanium alloy but not by much in a pocket flashlight type device. On most of my flashlights I tend to apply Kryonout paste on the front threads. Helps greatly managing thermals at the LED and the driver. I recommend trying it out for everyone.

I don't care about the thermal properties. LEDs are way beyond bright enough to be practical as outdoor tools at this point. I even use the programmable driver to drop max output. I like that you can drop titanium lights on rocks without denting the bezel or the lanyard holes.
