You make some really good points and brought up a few other things about the scaling power with soulbinds I think other CC's have failed to mention. I feel more comfortable recommending DH to my friend who is new to the game moving into SL after watching this. Thanks Supatease!

Super excited to see how it goes. Definitely my favorite class thematically and just started playing it for the new expansion. Mostly played Druid and Warlock through the last two expacs. This has a much more satisfying feel so far.

If you're planning to play PVE, then Venthyr is still the way to go even after the nerfs. Sinful Brand synergizes with haste because it's a dot which makes it scale and ramp up in damage very quickly. It's also not affected by the AoE cap so if you pulled 20 mobs you would still see the full effect of SB and the soulbinds seem to be a little better under Venthyr as well.

Vanth is only good for raid bosses but for the pvp players or for the dung vanth is bad If u compare between nf or vanth nf is more better in everything I was vanth and changed to nf and know the diff between both of them

Nice one, but i would not risk maining a class rellying on borrowed powers considering how volatile the nerf bat has been already. Any outliner (like the Hunt now from this video) seem to be nerfed. It's much safer to stick to a good class (not rellying on borrowed powers). They nerfed Vanthyr, Kyrian and now Fæ will probably come as well.

You misread Wildhunt Tactics. It only empowers HEALING targets below 35%. So it gives initial bonus damage not execute.

If only I could play havoc for longer than a month... they should seriously add some kind of complexity through the talents, to allow for a more involved rotation. Momentum doesn't cut it, as moving out of position in this game can be very punishing, plus it's awkward as hell.

I have had beta for a while. I have been The Hunt from the beginning. Its a really fun ability and its like a second meta with the leach.

Collective Anguish seems to synergize really well with Cycle of Hatred build, as well as Niya tree. You have a chance to snare the target (with a strong 6 sec dot attached to it) with the final left pick, you get 5% max healing while shapeshifted as well as getting 2 endurance slots, 1 potency, 1 finesse overall. Thoughts?

Havoc main since release, multi hero xp, DH is in a bad spot right now. Incredibly squish since it's main defensive was the dodge from Blade Dance and self healing being strong, which was slightly nerfed and is significantly less impactful with burst damage being so high. DH also parses the lowest of every single other dps spec in raid tiers right now... which I'm sure means it will get a massive buff at some point, but for now, tbh, I'm playing a warrior and keeping my dh at max but on the backburner.

The conduits are shared across covenants, just the soulbind perks are covenant specific.

Hello, i will play in sl with friend who is maining resto druid. I will take leather class with tank offspec to farm dungeons and collect gear togehter and we will play 2vs2 nad random bgs together. SO i will go dh or monk? which class U suggest for this type of playing?

I would say monk looks better in terms of PvP at the moment. It has easier to use healing reduction effect, a slow/snare, more burst cooldowns and arguably better defensives. At the end of the day, you can get to random bgs as double healer comp for unlimited fun.

I wish they'd somehow make Momentum usable in most content. Early Legion I had a *ton* of fun with Momentum in PvE stuff and of course PvP. Totally problematic in PvE overall, and it's nice to see them try to make movement ability of more core piece with Unbound Chaos, but I still wish they'd overall give the class some more depth on top.... Like a dot. Oh. right. Bloodlet. Why did the remove that?

Personally I felt in love with this class, is so funny and very powerful in pve. Moreover it has passive health ability thanks to talents. Never died since the begginig of SL not even with multiple enemies, don’t know how it will be in pvp but honestly I don’t care I just don’t do it.

From what I have read is that Venthyr is the best and Kyrian comes in second. I would recommend IcyVeins or Wowhead for more info🤔
