Imo, the best thing about GS is that you could get help from other people to clear contents and crest palaces. Other than that, this game rewards patience and being smart on which unit/equip to pity/pull. If you only want 1 unit on the banner, then skip the banner if you don't have 1500 crystals. To make it worth the 1st pull, you need to want at least 3 units with more than 5% chance each on the banner and it's only when one of them is S tier or higher. Crossover banners usually one of those banner you usually do the 1st pull. Ofc, this is only for F2P players or those with less than 10 dollars budget monthly.

Right now is literally the best time to Reroll and play. With 10k alch back and 6stars hereyou can get top tier units without even spending money people are just impulsive and impatient. The best and ONLY reason I play this gacha is NO ADS and no needs for dupes. That alone is worth something

Grand Summoners is like any gacha related games. Just save up your resources for a chance to acquire a character. If you are free to play then I do not see why you are trying to get every single character. Be smart with your currency and you will be fine. Time and knowing when to stop is the key to being a "pro" player in a game. Good luck and enjoy your gacha journeys!

To be honest, I find that Grand Summoners to be more generous than most other games. I've played gacha games that requires you to sink almost $200/month to be decent, whereas in GS, it's closer to $50 - $100 (Crystal subscription pass, $1 deals, The Limit Break Stone deal, etc) So for FTP people, maybe it'll be tough But for dolphins and whales, it's perfectly fine

It is pay to win, but most content can be multiplayer. And you dont even have to use your own stamina. So compared to other p2w gachas whom you can stamina share and get rewards still. Gs not that bad.

Idk it’s like $700 for a guarantee of the character you want and the materials you need to ascend the character are completely free. If you spend $700 on this game you get a whole lot more than other Gacha games. These types of games can’t stay alive if people don’t spend. They do these crossovers to get you spending on characters you love. It works in me, but I’m also in a position to spend a few hundred a month on frivolous things.

I think they should doo something when everyday or week you can fight boss, and win 2x or 3x gems and reset it, every week it would be probably good for f2p, but also good for long time player like, lvl 100,200,300,400,500.

They already did. It's just instead of boss, they use the elemental ruin and dungeon trials. Also, I have never seen player level 400+. The highest I have ever seen is lvl 310+ and I have never seen anyone come close to him. Most vets are around lvl 230 - 250.

it kind of already exist and reward long term players: every 500 login days, you win 500 crystals. It's literally 1 crystal/day that are rewarded in a timely fashion.

Feel the pain , but if actually start with some knowledge u can really stack an new account easier ( ofc you will miss eqs for a while but atleast you can guarantee the units ). I hope to get Emiya and Salter on Global , gl and good video

I agree on some of that. Grand Summoners can be harsh on them summons, especially crossover summons but even so, I enjoy the game.

The definition of p2w might differ. Except maybe at the very beginning, you have no shortage of energy to play the game, there are no intensive push to make you pay like multiplying the currency, blocking the content behind any paywall either direct or indirect like a content is doable only with one unit that you can gain only through paying. 100% of content is free and there are no limiting factor aside your unit and equipment box. On top of that the game is generous enough to provide you enough crystals to allow multiple summon on a banner. I know a lot of game that don't offer as much, which push to buy the currency. Not happening here. What is the limiting factor? Your box as said above, but it's not a bad thing if there is a reward behind playing for a long time and having an extended box that mean something. If by p2w, you mean that the DR aren't as good as good as an Azur Lane, then yes. If you mean that pity is requiring a lot of crystals and that the ratio money/crystal earn is bad, then I say you are wrong. Having a poor ratio crystals per $ is actually discouraging the want to spend any kind of money. That is super f2p friendly if you put that on top of the decent amount of free crystals earned. If you have the kind of money that allow you to pay for a pity, then you are probably above the definition of f2p or p2w as you might belong to a quite rich category of person or you need actual psychological attention (talking seriously). Now, like any gatacha, it require a lot of patience and knowing what you are doing with your currency. I know zero players that play since a long time with a bad box.

i'll be honest jp is nice only problem muti player is dead on there so its much harder to do stuff on jp meanwhile on glb if your new you can get help easy so really glb is better then jp in terms of being able to read and having people help

Not the best game when you realize that most of the time you're going to be grinding and grinding hours in order to actually play the game. Expecially ever heard of the level night stroll well if you haven't im glad you don't since you're going to enjoy doing the same thing over and over again same bosses same music only thing that's unique about gramd summoners is the breaking system since gs is an exact copy of brave frontier I loved the game for a little bit but a year later if you really think about it's really boring and pulling characters is also not satisfying crest system is the ugly part of the game I really wish 4+ crests are not a thing it's a very ugly idea that the devs decided to do basically you have to keep the game on 24/7 on auto otherwise you will have to actually plus the game which takes a couple taps and well you get. I know I sound negative and a little arrogant but truth is the only reason I play grand summoners us because the game is a lot like brave frontier and brave frontier is my childhood that's why the game is so special to me that I just wish brave frontier was revived but sadly I know deep inside that won't ever happen the music the battles the characters were actually very well written and the best part about brave frontier is that you don't need to use specific unit you don't need to grund hours of your day all you need is to play the game and appreciate just how beautiful it is honestly I miss the game so much and brave frontier is something that you can never recreate. But seriously if you are an old brave frontier veteran do not play this game since it's literally a knockoff of that game. They even went as far as to steal the main ui and battle system mechanics and so on clearly they were inspired by the series . Just typing this makes me want to quit the game because the series really isn't as good as brave frontier. Edit I forgot to ment but the biggest problem in the game are that 90 percent of the characters are unusable you cannot use them because they're simply garage units that you will have to keep in your inventory until you can limit break them and start using them for a gem farm. Very goofy if you think about knowing you will never actually be able to use the unit in a comp team.
