should you rehearse a lot or will your acting get stale?

Whats really difficult for me is my region....I live in nigeria and I simply cannot overestimate how i much wanna be an actor,have been wantingto be an actor since I was a child my Siblings even call me damisa b jordan ,and have been watching video online for a while now but most of this things are barely or not even accessible here, me even thinking about it gets me really depressed. Cux its like you cannot ever be an actor!.
