haven't been through the video but thought i'd point out an important point about robin the 100% action advance is not the only thing in her kit the ultimate gives the entire team attack, as well as dealing physical damage when allies attack and the skill has a damage buff people seem to treat her like she's only action advance, but the truth is she provides insane damage amp as well also her flexibility almost matches ruan mei in terms of teams, especially with quid pro quo gallagher, which is why i'd consider her worth it for 95-99% accounts

remember to not underestimate robins own personal damage as well, in some teams she can have a great chunk of personal dps (its also why phys orb is usually better on her than attack orb, as an attack orb only will give your team about 100 attack), either because of attack frequency or buffs/debuffs that affect robin (like JQs vulnerable)

personally if i were to go for a dot unit i'd go kafka first as she is literally required for dot to work also she doesn't provide much damage amp as most other supports do, so it's basically required to run her with kafka to make an e0s0 black swan worth running (even then it's arguably not worth without acheron too) ofc waifu over meta but strictly meta she really isn't a good choice for non-dot mains

I remember when I was only a beginner in this game (near the end of silver wolf's banner) when everybody was talking about how trash Jing Yuan was. Now there's multiple relic and ornament sets that indirectly buff Jing Yuan and LL. Also add to the fact that FUAs and Break Effect focused strats weren't as popular as dots back in the day (they lean more towards being comfort playstyles than meta strats). And now look at what has passed as well as the next patch, dot and fua focused units returning together with a new FUA unit that works like Acheron. We'll never know what Hoyo might cook. Maybe they'll add another DoT unit thats better than Kafka, but who knows? 🤷‍♂️ I forgot to mention, there are rumors that talk about a new "on field summons" mechanic? Idk when that'll be introduced to the game but the trashcan game was just the beta. And you can BET that Topaz, JY and Lingsha enjoyers will eat good.

I feel Toshi is downplaying Feixiao a bit-she’s gonna be far more consistent than Ratio because of who she gets her Ults. Plus, unlike Ratio is almost requires T&N and Aventurine (who both have debuffs); Feixiao can use T&N and Aven, but also M8 and Moze if you don’t have Topaz. Feixiao can benefit from Ling-sha as a sustain even. And THEN Feixiao does dmg that could become comparable to Acheron and Firefly.

Dance Dance Dance is good, but NOT on Robin. Her action forward with her Ult and the light cone work as well together as ice and lava. The best non 5 star lc (Only Robins and Bronyas) are either the event LC "For Tomorrow's Journey" or Poised to Bloom if your running a dual carry comp with Characters from the same path. The event LC will always be there, it stuck behind a meh event but will always be the best f2p light cone. which makes sense since this is mainly made for Robin in mind

I have 4 accounts, here are my pull priority and my explanation and though process Main account: Lingsha e1, acheron e2, firefly e6 2nd account: Robin e1, lingsha or aventurine (both gives similar value so I prefer lingsha), maybe feixiao (prob not tho) or maybe topaz's s1 (also prob not) 3rd account: black swan's e1 (must), robin's e1 (if I get lucky), kafka's s1, maybe lingsha 4th account: feixiao and maybe her s1, maybe robin Explanation: On my main account, I cna already trivialize every endgame with ease with my e0s1 acheron jiaoqiu pela/silverwolf aventurine/fu xuan and my e3s1 firefly team. I have no need for any new dps or support (aka feixiao and robin). So I am mostly pulling to vertically invest into these 2 teams. I am getting lingsha because I love her so much, almost to a wife level of love, but firefly is my first love and forever love. Anyways, I'm get lingsha and her e1 both because I love her a lot and because she makes firefly stronger. For my other accounts, I make those account so I can play other teams, but I also try to play optimally in order to beat the endgame contents. My first team is topaz ratio robin all e0s0, I lost aventurine's 50/50 to gepard:), my ratio's 4pc pioneer build is really good, so I don't think I would pull feixiao to replace him, instead I'm gonna get e1 robin, my second tean is e2s1 firefly team, so my gallagher is basically needs to fill in 2 teams, after using gallagher QPQ with robin, I find him to be so strong and op with robin that I no longer want to get aventurine anymore, instead I'll get lingsha for my firefly team and let gallagher work in my robin team. As for my 3rd account, my team set up is kafka black swan robin, and boothill superbreak. The biggest problem I have on my 3rd account is that it is completely F2P, meaning I don't have enough pulls for characters and I have to plan even more decisively. I again, run into needing 2 gallagher situation again, since robin is SO GOOD with gallagher. I decided that I will skip huohuo in order to get e1 on black swan, that alone would make my damage so much better, and I am struggling with pure fiction and apocalyptic shadows because my team is off element. I might get lingsha for boothill but I will see about that, I will at least be spending every pulls I have on black swan and robin e1 and maybe kafka s1, seeing which one is the better idea, and I will use pulls I get in 2.5 second half to get lingsha. As for my 4th account, it is relatively new, started it at 2.2 second half, I only have firefly superbreak as my first team all e0s0. Since I think feixiao is a cool character, I will dedicate this account into feixiao, getting her maybe e0s1, I didn't expect robin to rerun so soon, so I pulled sparkle for feixiao and now I regret it, but I will have to just deal with it I guess.

This video is literally Robin propaganda. Feixiao is a good character! She can play perfectly fine in a F2P team (Feixiao, Moze, March 8th, Gallagher). She wasn't built to replace Dr. Ratio on his stupid FuA team, she was built for Apocalyptic Shadow. In other words, if you don't have a second Break DPS on par with Boothill, Firefly or Acheron, pull for her.

Yes, that's pretty good pull value comparison. Though, replacing Topaz with e6 march the hunt or e6 moze only reduces team damage by 10%. Topaz isn't as necessary for Feixiao FuA team as it once was for Dr. Ratio.

Moze isn't that great for MoC with Dr. Ratio, because Moze's debuff ends as soon as target is killed, this makes killing mobs in MoC a bit inconsistent with Dr. Ratio. Numby reapplies debuffs immediately on next target. However, Moze will work well for AS, because there is no need to switch targets.

Lingsha is not a big upgrade over gallagher so unless you don't have Gallagher you don't need to rush to get her. Robin is topaz' (and every fua characters) best support, and shes good with dot too so robin would be a good choice

I dun hv Acheron n Firefly/Boothill. But im playing breakt team with RM with HMC n follow up with robin + Topaz E0/Clara/Herta/Ratio n still able to clear all MoC 3 stars content. But when Fei vs Ratio in comparison, both does not work the same. Fei has extra feature on breaking/shredding enemy toughness other than FuA. Hence is not same as hv ratio = having fei with Bigger dmg. Fei vs Acheron on colorless breaking, Fei shred more on single target as her Ult freq higher than Acheron. But Acheron can shred all enemy target. Dmg output both has their high n low value at diff condition.

I have a very severe lack of wind characters on my account, so Black Swan would be invaluable for me. Obviously I'm prioritising Robin above all since I don't have her, but if I get her early, I'm moving to Black Swan and Kafka, and possibly Feixiao.

If you are prioritising wind get feixaio, I have blackswan and she is not the "wind character" for me at all, she just so happens to be wind and her weakness breaking is rather negligible due to her slower ult generation and only having a blast skill. That's a large reason why I'm getting feixaio, due to a lack of good wind main dps and because she's fun and ignores weakness anyway but obviously is best against wind weak enemies due to damage and her follow up attacks. Without kafka or acheron blackswan isn't going to be that slottable into many teams where you would prefer pela, whereas feixaio can immediately use moze, gallagher and march 7 even without robin aswell as other standard buffers like bronya, sparkle, Ruan mei and pela.

Topaz is great for Ratio, but ideally you want her E1S1 so she can solo put 3 debuffs all at once. IMO, for your case, I would rather pull for Topaz's lightcone than Topaz E0. Hunt March 7th and/or Moze are great alternatives for Topaz. They both fill in her role as a secondary crit DPS and FuA spammer to abuse Robin, but they lack her huge FuA vulnerability debuff. Those two being able to hold Topaz's lightcone gives them the ability to apply more debuffs to maximize Ratio and increase overall team follow up damage. E2+ Moze with Topaz LC looks especially promising. Otherwise, Pela is still a serviceable support, but the inability to fully abuse Robin's buff is what holds her back. Despite everything, skipping for Rappa is also perfectly fine. Robin is gonna help you clap cheeks anyway. Good luck bro

@@folderrr I might pull for the lightcone if I have extra pulls, I have 20k jades right now, 5 tickets (15 after we get the 10 from 2.5), can buy 30 tickets from the shop that has characters and standard 5 star lightcones, and I'm on 45 pity (no guarantee but even if I lose 50/50 I have enough pulls to still get Robin), so if i get lucky and get Robin early I will have extra pulls to try for the lightcone. I also want Rappa because I skipped all the limited Eruditions so far since none of them were interesting, so I struggle in pure fiction, Herta and Himeko can mostly clear one side but the other side is always a bit of a mess

I'd get Black Swan dude because the FUA meta is already fully supported and whereas if you get Black Swan you don't have to "catch up" you are just the same as me, waiting for premium DoT harmony + healer. I'm doing BS > Robin > BS E1 > BS S1 > Kafka S1 but likely I get BS e0s0 then run out of pulls hahaha

robin is absolutely compatible with all the characters you're planning on pulling for (her atk buff is extremely useful in DoT and FuA is self-explanatory), so definitely pull for robin first. if you have your firefly team already, i'm assuming that you've got an invested gallagher, who is so good that you really only need one limited 5* sustain instead of two, that sustain ideally being aventurine (huohuo is obviously BiS in DoT teams but that's a very specific niche). if you end up unable to get aventurine and don't have gepard, i would build lynx purely because she's the second-best 4* sustain and there's a lot of excellent 4* abundance light cones she can use to give the team energy. i don't think topaz is a priority here; she especially needs a lot of investment for the premium ratio FuA team, and silver wolf is able to fill her slot in that team anyways-ratio/SW/robin/aventurine (assuming you get both robin and aventurine) should be strong enough to comfortably clear content. but getting topaz won't hurt your account either, since she's turning into a sub-DPS for just about any FuA-based character lastly... DoT... black swan... coming from a moderate spender who is planning on improving the premium DoT team (e1s0 kafka, e0s1 BS, e0s1 RM, and e0s0 huohuo so far, i'm starting my pulls by going for e1 BS first and then maybe e2 kafka if i have anything left over), i don't think it's worth getting BS unless you really love kafka/DoT gameplay. sure, BS is a viable debuffer for acheron, but there's much better uses of your stellar jades and the current meta is super break... so yeah 🙁 DoT itself is super solid but i don't think it's worth fully investing into right now unless you've already got super comfortable teams to clear endgame content. TL;DR: robin > aventurine > topaz > black swan

@@Splinnee i do like dot and im probably going TRY to get all of them but ill see where my luck goes ig... my plan is swap between robin and bs and pull until get one of them cause im guaranteed to get one... and pull until i get the other and spend rest for topaz (just because i really like her and fua premium is my dream team) and aventurine..

- I already have Kafka (She was the reason I wanted to play) - I already have Black Swan (As soon as I saw her Ultimate animation it was a must-pull) - I don't care about Robin (She had zero relevance throughout the entire Penacony story except at the very end and spent most of the story off-screen) - I don't care about Feixiao + She really is dependent on having Robin - I don't care about Topaz (I hated her in Belobog and in Penacony she was there just to be a Jade Simp) - I don't care about Lingsha (Like most of the female characters in the Xianzhou her design is pretty Meh and repetitive) So this and the next patch are going to be Full Skips for me untill someone cool apears

Hot take: Robin is overrated, accounts that already have other Harmony characters like bronya, sparkle, ruan mei, and tingyun already do such a great job buffing units. Yes robin is very strong harmony unit and i would recommend pulling if they lack a strong Harmony unit but its not really necessary to beat the hardest content without her. I also think it just makes the game easier and less strategy focused.

That doesnt really mean shes overrated though. That just means you can get by with other units. Im likely going to skip her and save for 3.0 for this reason, as i really have no reason to pull atm and its probably better to save for new metas in 3.0. If a newer player doesnt have other meta harmonies, she is probably the best one to pull since she fits into so many teams and teamwide action advance is a huge buff for everyone. Its undeniable shes the best harmony for zero cycling right now and is arguably just as flexable, if not moreso, than RM.

@@voxploxx my perspective comes from an older HSR account that has a already good handful of harmony units, it undeniable that robin is a very strong harmony character if not the best. I just think some people are over hyping her for older accounts to pull. I definitely agree newer players should pull characters that provide excellent utility and flexibility. Also I'm a little salty I pulled for sparkle not knowing Robin was just around the corner. So this is a partial cope post lol.

​@@xcog4087 I'd argue boothil and ff are similar strength, boothil being better single target and firefly being better blast, so it depends on the enemy lineup and the game mode on who is better Although fua is defo going to be super strong with feixiao and it's already a top meta team even before she releases (although only the expensive ipc team)
