The content hamster wheel is a real challenge @olly Richards. Also I'm hearing from folks with about your level of historical depth that trust is at an all time low / cynicism is high. Regardless of the provenance of the offer. Do you have a perspective on that?

Well, as a consumer myself, it always seems pretty obvious when people are genuine. I think the trust issue comes when you swim in the sea of commoditised offers, and is most difficult for beginners who haven’t developed the skills to filter BS.
