I don't think so.... Students who choose basic maths, it's mean that they do not want to study maths in class 11th. As a basic maths student he or she can go to any career if you want to take science so, do it . Many career options for basic maths. Just except banking or accountancy. In this century there are a lot of career options. Just think what your maths level first Analyse yourself and then choose wisely. Don't follow your friends or any teacher . Good luck!
