One benefit that not widely mentioned is that Global version of Samsung Galaxy note 20 ultra it has 2 sim and sd slots. The 2nd sim slot can be shared as a 2nd sd card. If you need more space beyond 1tb of storage, you can add another sd. Newer version of S-series such as s23 doesn't have that capability. Another thing to mention, note 20 has the higher camera and graphics frame rate than the s23. Which strikes me odd that newer s23 was supposed to be an upgrade over previous versions.

No. Not worth it. Slightly better better battery life, bit better screen and an overhyped 200mp camera. Nah.

the battery life is considerably better. There are battery test on KZbin that prove this.

@@wangtang12 agreed..In fact, Samsung did right with the S23 series when it comes to battery life. There's no comparison between the two. The only plus for the Note is the SD card, and maybe the design for most.

The battery and the display is not slightly better. It's just better on the S23 Ultra. If you just don't feel it's worth the upgrade, I respect that. But the S23 Ultra is definitely a much better overall device, based on my usage of both devices

In Europe we got the Exynos 990 chipset, which is not good for battery life or the phone in general. I am assuming you have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ chipset which is superior. This is a big reason why my phone battery now on my Ultra note 20 when not in standby lasts about 3 hours, if that!

Back in February i really wanted the Note 20 ultra but the software and security support was ending. I bought the s21 ultra renewed excellent phone but dust in front camera then fold 4

If you go with the S20 ultra you will save 50% that's a significant savings considering the S23 ultra is not twice the phone.

I think they consolidated the video player into the gallery app itself. So, all you have to do is hit the hamburger menu at the bottom, go to videos and then you should be able to use it like you would the normal video player app. There's even a setting that says 'play in video player' and then it'll take you to a proper video player that even has background play as a functionality. Went to go check myself before commenting but yeah it looks like they 'streamlined' it.

It happens on its own. I changed it a long time ago for just 1 in the middle of the video and 1 at the end. All I can tell you is just to skip the ones you can skip. I've done all I can do. KZbin apparently is doing what they want to do. I have KZbin premium because I couldn't take being interrupted by those commercials.

i only have 154 apps and im just annoyed that despite uninstalling apps and moved all moveable app and game data to sd card i always ended with only 5gb left on 128gb internal. i know apps and games data has gotten bigger. i had to clear cache files on all apps to free 2gb data. lately just deleted games and apps still my internal rom just getting filled.🤷🤷🤷🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ certainly 128gb too small and 256gb with NO sd is too small for me since i have other stuff on my sd. 256gb and sd card combination on note10plus is really great to have. 512GB is really the sweetspot nowadays they need to be cheaper tho

Yes you can, global version allows 2nd sim slot to be shared and turn it as 2nd sd slot.

Note 20 ultra 6.9 inches, s23 6.8 inches. At the moment note 20 ultra is the biggest phone for Samsung. I hope some day Samsung breaks 7 inch barrier.

I had to use these two smartphones and frankly for me, according to my selection criteria and my needs, the S23 Ultra is far superior to the Note 20 Ultra. I don't live in the USA and therefore in my country it is the version of the Note 20 Ultra that is the one with the Exynos chip that is sold. And this version did not meet my needs at all (not just me, I know someone who sold this smartphone after 3 days)! The battery doesn't even last a day. And although this phone undeniably has certain qualities for my needs, it is not suitable. This is also what must be said. Everyone should buy a smartphone according to their needs and financial means. Personally I had the means to buy an S23 Ultra and I did so. Before that I had an S21 Ultra (big mistake because the screen stopped working at one point), an S22 ultra etc... I am a big user of Samsug Smartphones and according to my criteria the S23 Ultra is the Best Smartphone I've ever used. If someone doesn't need more than a Note 20 Ultra with a Snapdragon chip, why should they upgrade to an S23 Ultra. For me things are simple and clear. For example, I know a lot of people in my country who really worship the Note 20 Ultra (among other things because for them it's the last Note) and others who absolutely hate it.
