Should You Wait Until 2025 To Buy a House?

I just bought my 2nd home at the age of 33 and I am closing on Jan 10, 2025. I got conventional loan, 6.5 % interest rate but it's okay. I can refinance later. I am putting $45k downpayment, so I can lower my monthly payment. I like investing in real estate and I don't regret having two mortgages, my 1st home will be my first rental property. For the past 5 yrs of being a homeowner, I built about $150k of equity with my first home.

Oh .. imagine that. Can’t have access to illegal construction crews? Actually having to hire licensed professional crews, managers and workers that will pass home inspections.. what a concept. 🤦🏼‍♀️

It blows peoples minds when you tell them these construction crews don’t actually have experience building with the materials we use here in the USA. South Americans and Central Americans especially don’t really use lumber the way we do (because it’s expensive for them) so they don’t actually have the knowledge base to build framework for our homes. We are paying premium prices for literal beginner level craftsmanship. 😂

I watch most of the new realtor videos on KZbin, it always buy buy buy now before it get worst, so much bias talking about nonsense or hypothetical situations. House are the most unaffordable it has ever been and it will be corrected in 2025, there are many factors at play and if you wait it out it will be cheaper.

I thought the same a few moments ago. But then an idea came to mind. Since 70% or so was bought by corporations. Guess what, they will keep the market inflated so they get more profits, either by selling or renting. 15 years ago you could have 4 coffee & 4 sweet bread for $15. Now you only can get 1+1, same real state, it’s inflated because USA economy is sinking and I’m not optimistic with the govt, no matter the party. Oligarchs are only exploiting Americans till they can’t get no more
