Should you work at a startup or a big tech company?

Very simple I worked 5 years at big companies and learned a few thangs. I worked 11 months at a small company after that and my career sky rocketed!!!!!

When you have more experience, it comes down much more to what you want to do. I feel like established startup is usually more fun but it makes less of a difference for your career

This is bad advice, you should try to get into a reputable company then if you don't like it, try a startup. Is easier going down, but not so much coming back up.

I don't understand these guys begging to be hired by google. Do you have any self esteem? There isn't anything in google that you can't learn on your own or in another company. I only work for companies that need me and value me.

@@ssshah3333 I don't apply for companies and I surely won't participate in a rat race interview. Recruiters call me, not vice versa. And it's like that with all my colleagues. I don't know what is your experience level but anything after 5 years is sought for. There is literally no upside for me to do some crazy interviews just so I can get paid exactly the same as I already do.
