I did 2 proctored. I had no problems what so ever. However, I rented a study room in the U of Windsor for my third exam. everything was great until the app on my phone wouldnt respond. The chat couldnt help me so gave me a phone number. No one answered. I had to leave a message, which I did about 10 times. after an hour and a half of frustration I left. I got emailed back but never received the Help line call back. I am now driving to do #3 in person. Life goes on but I was ready and the letdown and having to wait 10 more days is pretty daunting.

Brutal Glenn. It's a bit of a crap shoot isn't it and just adds more variables and time to an already a big exam. Sorry to hear but yes life goes on!, good luck going back to do C3! 👍

do we need to do a 360 room scan in advance to familiar with the app or just the scan on the exam date?

You will do this when onboarding yes. You'll want to do this atleast 5 days before. They will try to get your room prepared before the day of the exam by doing the room scan and getting your computer & phone ready and installed with all apps.

No they will have a device for you.

Callum, I really want to get my license, but not sure if I should start now or wait. I'm working full time midnight shifts from now until January (on a contract) would you recommend I start now, or wait until my contract is up?

You can definitely get your licence while working. I think a lot do. I got it all done in 4 1/2 months never studying or reading over 3hrs a day. 👍

When exams freeze they give another chance or you have to book one more and pay $100

Exams freezing are very rare but I’ve heard both loss of exam attempt and have to pay additional $100 and also a free redo. They must base it on a few things to make sure it wasn’t an intentional act by the student.
