Potentially yes. It depends to some degree on what you have going on, but we use these types of exercises with 90+% of clients with shoulder issues. We would recommend you speak to your health care professional about your shoulder and get their recommendations about incorporating these exercises. Best of luck!

Hello, I'm an handball player with tendinosis on my right shoulder (shooting arm) and this exercise aswell as those on the "Shoulder Pain Relief for Overhead Positions" video have been helping me very much. Do you think it's possible to remove the pain completely by perfoming the exercises regurarly while still playing? My pain during practice/games has descreased but I think feel very sore the next day. Stramgely when playing I feel pain on the front part of my shoulder, and next day soreness on the back of my shoulder

It's impossible to say if just these two videos will be enough to completely eliminate the pain, unfortunately. If they are helping that is a very positive sign, but there may be underlying issues that also need to be addressed with a health care professional. We wish you the best in your recovery!

It was only Two days ago since I have employed this particular back pain, Kenzano Ayb (Go ogle it) nevertheless it already made a few big difference. Essential to keep away from low back pain. As I had thought, it fulfilled my expectation. I`ve only used it a couple of times but appears to do what it`s designed to.
