Nina, new sub to the channel. I feel your pain with the shoulder surgery. Had 5 of em! 3 on the right and two on the left, and next month I will meet with my doctor to let him know that I feel we need to do a third one on the left! Stick with what your Physical Therapist tells you to do to get the shoulder back in shape! You might also lay off firing the 12 gauge shotgun anytime soon! 😏

It’s an injury I got years ago at the Air Force academy that got worse over the years to the point where I couldn’t lift my arm
