Great Video Chris as always! Really helps me to calm down cuz my prom is in 2 hours and I am really nervous when we have to dance in front of a big crowd. Christian Guzman deserves all the respect. Got a whole generation of people into going to the gym when men’s physique was at its peak. He’s built such an empire while staying consistent with his content over the last 10 years. And on top of all that he’s continued to compete and inspire people to train and better themselves. I don’t watch him as much as I used to but I’m grateful he’s still around, he’s the reason I got into bodybuilding when I was 15. A real legend in this community and inspiration to so many people.
