It's been a long time since my last video, and I'm sorry! I haven't been very active in the hobby.
In this video I open a Shoushou Doll "Unicorn/Faun Girl" (That's literally what she is called!). Don't forget to check the pictures at the end if you want to see her in closer detail! ^^

Hello there! We're glad that she got home safely. I wanted to note two things: 1) You didn't pay for shipping costs twice. This misconception arises because when creating an order record in our website, our website will provide an estimated shipping, which we DO NOT include in layaway invoices. Nonetheless, it comes up now and then that people believe that because the order record shows this shipping estimate, that they have paid for shipping already. This is not the case. It is explicitly stated on our layaway info page, "Shipping is not included in your layaway invoices." It is also included on each layaway invoice, "You will be billed for shipping when your order is ready to ship." If there's ever any doubt, you can check all of your layaway payments in PayPal and add them up to check that the total equals only the price of the order, not the order plus shipping. If you ever have any questions about this or anything else, please feel free to ask us, we're more than happy to help clarify things. 2) We sent a pickup request to USPS to pick up the next business day whenever we have packages. We do this even when we have as few as 1 package. However, due to us being serviced by a single small post office that's also responsible for the entire suburb, it can take them some time to perform pick-ups. Even when they do pick up the next business day, they won't necessarily scan it in because they might take the package(s) directly to the distribution center. With the huge backlog that USPS has to deal with due to the pandemic as well as major distribution centers like Chicago being really crowded, things might not get scanned in nor move for quite a while. Unfortunately, there isn't anything that we can do about this. Thanks for your support. We hope that in the future you'll ask us if there's anything confusion about anything.

Thank you for the clarification about shipping costs! As for the PayPal payment I sent, I had sent a question and waited a few days for a response but didn’t get one so I just sent the payment through PayPal anyway since I wasn’t getting a response when I contacted you and I had already waited a long time. After I sent the payment, I never received confirmation that you received it until once it had shipped, so once again, I didn’t want to contact the company if I was still waiting on the first email to be replied to!

Hey there, thanks for the response. Is your e-mail the one that starts with Alana? Just checking to see if there's someone else with the same name as you. If that is you, I see that we sent you an address verification request on June 2nd, received a response from you on the same day with address verified (thanks for the quick response!), then on June 5th we confirmed that you should send the shipping payment to our PayPal. PayPal should've sent you a notification when the order shipped out, but a lot of people aren't getting these for some reason, maybe due to mail clients filtering those automated messages to spam. Please let us know if you're still waiting on a response from us, based on what I'm seeing in our mailbox there isn't an inquiry from you that still needs answering, but if you sent one it's possible we didn't receive it. I apologize if this is the case, very occasionally the messages people send us don't reach us.

I looooooove Niko. Shoushou/BJDivas mentioned plans about re-releasing her without the clear resin parts at some point, but there has sort of been radio silence on that point T_T I am hoping that they do release the sculpt at some point, because she is so precious!
