Im a brother who for the last fews has been attempting to find his way. I have been contemplating looking more into the HOI. However, i recently had a conversation if thats what you want call it. I asked him a question. He became extremely contentious over what i thought was constructive chritsim with how he was demeaning a young brother 3 or 4 weeks ago. I jumped on his live few days ago. He did the same to me. So once i realized the conversation was going nowhere. He accepted the conversation in bad faith. I thanked him for pulling me up live. Once i jumped off. I later listened. And used words like he set a trap so he could destroy me. He called me a couch potato, said i grew bbl nuts to jump on with him. Now the bbl nuts was funny. But saying that he wanted to destroy me said alot, a whole lot to me. I would never want to destroy another black man. To be honest, you cant destroy the black man. You can brake us, you can deconstruct us. But you cant destroy GOD people. Given he directly represents the HOI and the teaching of the minister and Elijah Muhammad. I decided...thats not somewhere i wanna be.

This was eye opening for me. I too walked away from Christianity a while back and have been studying Islam for the past couple years. While looking into Islam i started realizing just like Umar that the Arabs are the gate keepers of the religion. They tell you to do as the Arabs do and if you don’t you’re then labeled a kafir or non believer/non Muslim. That doesn’t sit right with me. If God wanted me to do as the Arab he wouldn’t have made me a black man that doesn’t speak Arabic. That’s why i tell most Sunni/Shia Muslims to stay away from me with their falsified Hadiths and their ways.
