It's a stand they use for showing to train the puppies. Not sure about size but various systems are available. I use can's of vegetables for training at home. lol

Natural??? You mean you don't approve that Beagles are required to be groomed before showing in AKC conformation shows? If that is the case, then you have no idea how to show a dog or why we do it and so no reason to comment. These videos are for conformation show enthusiasts.
