Being from South America, Brazil to be more certain, I can confirm that magic is really pricey here. Packs go for 17,90 bucks, and bundles upward to 189~200 bucks. Our money isn’t strong, the dollar conversion is really bad, hitting almost a 1 to 4 scale.

11:56 Rudy, there's a very powerful Guildgate deck out there using Hydroid Krasis, Gates Ablaze and Guild Summit along with Gate Colossus and Gatebreaker Rams. It's a very cheap deck to build aside from the needed Shocklands and Krasis, but it does pull its weight.

Expansion Explosion is a key card in some wilderness decks and yes Rudy there were a few gate decks that did really well and ritual soot is a good sideboard card against aggro

Guilds has the highest ev out of the ravnica block. But a lot of that is due to all the red staples like steam kin, arc light pheonix, experimental frenzy, legion warboss, lava coil, and risk factor.

There's a game store here in Tokyo that overbought Khans and has had overflow stock of Khans boxes for years now and they sell them for about $60. I bought one on a lark about a month ago, got 6 mythics, 2 foil rares, a Sorin, a foil Murderous Cut, and 1 of each fetch lands. I'm going back today to buy as many boxes as I can get my hands on and this video is my good luck charm!

@@IsThisMeta OK so it's Amenity Dream in Machida. I was there a month ago and they had maybe 15 boxes in a stack for 7000 yen (at the time about $60). Went back and they were priced up to 10,000 yen ($92-ish). BUT a neighboring store had boxes for $86 so I bought their last two. No good rares or mythics (not that there's any value in Khans anyway) but a total if 9 fetches (2 full sets minus one Flooded Strand). All in all I'm happy.

Nope, Rudy is misinformed, here in Sweden, MTG is cheaper than in the US. I just bought 2 boxes of Modern Horizon for 190 dollar a piece for instance. I bought my UM boxes for 250 dollars. I also bought a Tropical Island for 170 bucks and a Bayou for 175 bucks, both in EX condition. I dont know how much boosters are in the US, here they are 2,50 per pack.

A couple of years ago I was at a gameshop playing some commander and I was the first one taken out so I went and got some packs and they had some Khans still for sale so I bought a couple and opened them. Well one of the packs had a foil duel land and I said "cool, foil land" and proceeded to the rare, my buddy looked over and his eyes got big, he picked it up, pulled his phone out and said "Do you know what you pulled? You got a foil Polluted Delta!" And I said "cool?" He turned his phone around and showed me the price and realized right there the apparent importance of fetches. Haha.
