Fantastic, a great band singing a great song that captures exactly what is happening - sang to those very people to whom these sage is for - what a great moment, well done Show of Hands!

Brilliant social conscience song... it should be number one! Have seen Show of Hands on many occasions and they are always so good. Thanks for saying what we all think.

Getting this out there needs to be shared folks we don't have uplifting honest music much these days

Only heard of this particular version of this song at a SOH show last week. Well done! Even on the small format display you can see Hague squirm. Keep up the fantastic work Steve, Phil and Miranda. "They" need to know we're watching them!

Love this clip. Brilliant band. Expresses so well what many of us feel. The anger at seeing 2800 bankers each award themselves bonuses of over one million pounds last year whilst jobs are cut and public sector workers pensions are reduced. Who caused the current economic crisis and who is paying? Get angry, don't stand for it.

I love the way Andrew and particularly William look quite uncomfortable sat there listening knowing its directed at people like them! HA! "and now I hope you choke!" I think thats the sentiment of most people.

It's not really directed at Hague and Marr. It's directed at the bankers who paid themselves enormous bonuses and crashed the financial system.

Well saw the band at Bracknell in Berks last week. 10/10 great band!!! Well done to Andrew Marr for having a relevant band on with their normally politically incorrect guests!!

I love the way the band distance themselves from the situation. It's great to see William Hague drawn in to the pathos along with old "Jug Ears" - Andrew Marr - who himself tried to hush up an affair with a super-injunction. "At least we're all in it together" ! Aren't we just ? Though it's ironic when the balladeers writing and performing their songs live are more in touch with reality than the pompous "stuffed-shirt" politicians and media-types sitting on the couch and introducing them.

Gorgeous stuff. How did they get on Marr with such eloquent, visceral, anti-establishment music?♥️

now come on .'normal hard-working private sector worker', we all need a voice...and Steve Knightley provides a great one for those who care about more than their own little existence.

Whenever I'm hacked off with Cameron and his smug cronnies, I come back and listen to Steve telling that tosser Hague what most right thinking people believe. "At least we're all in together" indeed.

William Hague. A "man" not realising he was attending his own funeral. He's lost his job through to incompetence and still makes a fortune. I only vote to remember all of the people who died in the name of democracy. I don't like politicians of any party. They are in it for themselves.

They have a version of the song that covers everything completely, but it's five hours long and has at least two verses where they do nothing but insult David Cameron's dress sense.
