Vitamine D is created by the Body through sunlight absorbtion (actually absorbtion of the UVB Part of the sunlight). Only 5-20% of the bodily need are added through food - Fish to be exactly and Not vegetables. Also surprise you condescending mug, I‘m not from England. Next Time you think you know it better and want to act like a blownup balloon you should make sure that you are actually right. By the way, I have a great vitamin d shortage because I‘m working at night and I had several concersations with my doctor about this stuff, so I know quite well what I‘m talking about.

So, I've been a subscriber since the beginning of this channel, but I only ever watched the lists (same with OXbox). I don't have any newer systems, and can't afford to keep my PC updated enough to play current games, so I felt like it was pointless to watch a show about games I can't play. About a month or so ago I finally watched a Show of the Weekend. I was hooked instantly and I've been binge watching my way through all of them whenever I can. Even if I can't play the games, you guys make me laugh so much I don't care. Today I caught up to the point of watching the episode the day it was released. I don't know what to do with myself now. I actually have to wait for entertainment now. It's horrible. Also, Ellen, you are a giggling wreck, and I wouldn't want it any other way. Love you guys!
