Thanks for this video Rajiv. Would you create a video to collect the input through an IVR and encrypt and decrypt it? Ex: Collecting credit card numbers over the IVR and encrypting them. Then decrypting it.

Hi Rajiv, this video is real helpful to understand the show view block. Is it the same concept with Blank View also. I have create a blank view with one HTML box , but i'm passing multiple item value to display it in HTML box which is not working. U've any reference for us to checj pls

@@RamkumarUdemy Sorry I didn't get it, do you mean you have created custom CCP which shows HTML table and attributes value?

what if the agent receiving 2 chats at the same time?
