About 10 to 15 years ago I had the same issue with my track car. Every time I left the 1st 150ft the car wanted to walk all over the place. It started to become a handful to launch. This was never the issue with this particular car. I change everything, shocks, axles, rearend housing, 4link even rims and tire. Fought it for weeks, come to find out, it had a tiny hairline crack in frame rails in front of the right side rear. Welded it, reinforced it braced it the car never left harder. It actually went 2.5 tenths faster then ever before with the same setup that I couldn’t even launch with. These race cars are extremely finicky and fickle but damn do we love em

Hey bro I have a question for you after replacing all the parts around the T5 tranny in my Ford Mustang Foxbody I took it for a ride obviously noticed tranny fluid when I got home under the car so I looked and there's a crack in the case of the transmission behind the tranny mount that goes halfway around from one side to the other why would this happen I can't figure it out thank you

Could have been a bad mount, driveshaft vibration excessively, could have been dropped. Hard to know if you have not been the only one touching it.
