No, there -probably- definitely are. Things like the checkerboard pattern are very common. Now, two completely random scrambles being identical, like ones generated by the WCA, would be incredibly rare. However, the checkerboard pattern is not technically solved and there are tons of cubes out there that are the same, I guarantee.
