I think Kristina is allowed her grief too. She carried the baby but she begged them for her to carry for them. Kristina was orchestrating the biggest betrayal possible by taking away the baby, who is legally hers but morally not so it's hard to feel sorry for her. I do however realise that this echos the situation of baby Lila, who Sonny changed name behind Sam's back (I think). I really don't think there's any going back for Kristina and Molly. I don't think there could be any going back for Alexis and Molly either. Sam, I think there's a chance given that she's always been there more for Mols in the past.

Kristina would not have been pregnant if she hadn't insisted, begged, & presured Molly and TJ into donating her egg & carrying the baby. TJ & Molly agreed to use TJ's sperm with Kristina's egg under the promise that the child would be TJ & Molly's. Otherwise, Kristina would never have been pregnant, let alone with TJ's sperm. Molly and TJ made many mistakes, such as accepting those offers from Kristina and not drawing a contract to ensure that it was legally bound. I think Alexis had said surrogacy is not legal (if it's a new mother)? Don't remember. Regardless, these are two sisters who grew up together and love each other. Kristina was impregnated bc she wanted to help Molly have a baby when Molly could not have one herself. I understand she got attached to the baby, that's natural, but that no reason for her to go back on her promise to her own sister it's wrong & selfish. After realizing that she wanted a baby, she could have gone to a sperm bank & got her own child, not trying to keep the one she was only pregnant for the sole purpose of giving the baby to her sister & TJ. Maybe they could have sued saying she used TJ's sperms under false pretenses. They would never have agreed had they known that she was going to keep the baby

I’m not a woman, lol, but I know that if a woman is pregnant, the last thing she should be doing is marching and galavanting all over town trying to pick fights with whoever is around. That is exactly what Kristina had been doing. Sadly, things ended tragically. Kristina had no business confronting Ava in the manner in which she did. And as far as Kristina having to testify, I’m sure the court would have either made an exception for her or pushed out the date for her testimony to occur after she safely gave birth. I love me some Kristina, but I’m on Team Molly for this one.

All surrogates have a certain attachment for the babies they carry and promise to others. That is why a responsible one will be sure to seek and accept professional help, as detachment issues are inherent in the process. They do not usually go out of their way to bond, to the point of inquiring about Custodial Rights regarding the child they contract to carry for a childless couple. In KRISTINA’S case, it is particularly cruel, as she promised to carry the child of her own sister, and the seed of her brother in-law. (Also because she did not put her health, and that of the baby’s, First, choosing instead to angrily confront the volatile, and usually unpredictable, AVA, at this late stage in her pregnancy.)

Alexis and Sam have some nerve to sh!+ talk Rick. Like if they are stellar parents. I mean Sam just like Alexis chooses horrible men and Rick with all his faults is not a criminal like Jason and Sonny. Jason pretended to be dead to protect his “Friend” Carly and stayed away from his children Jake and Danny. Instead of running their mouth Alexis ans Sam maybe should have been paying some of the attention they are showing Kristina to Molly. Just by watching the funeral seating you can see those writings on the wall. A war has been brewing and sides have already been chosen. Molly saw the papers Kristina already had drawn up to petition for custody of a baby. A baby Kristina begged to carry, and be the surrogate for, for Molly and TJ . Well let the battles begin because Kristina deserves what she has coming. Also Alexis should have remained Switzerland like Diane advised her to.

@totsielester4628 The writing for Sam(Kelly Monaco) has been stale for the last 4 or more years.The writers changed Sam from this strong,independent, and self assured woman,into this hand-wringing and pearl clutching woman. No wonder the character of Sam has seemed stale.To be honest, how much energy and pep can one generate to play a person that the writers have made afraid of everything, including her shadow. Kelly Monaco has not been given anything to showcase her acting talents since mid 2021.During that time Sam was out maneuvering Dante and the PCPD,keeping them off Jason's trail. Sam and Dante were more exciting when they were just friends on different sides of the law. I think Kelly Monaco needs better writing, like most of the actors.

Kristina behaved horribly, so self centered. T.J. is the father whether it's surrogate or not. He should be able to name the baby while Kristina was busy caught up in Sonny & Jagger drama. They waited to have a funeral until it was known that Kristina would recover. T.J. told his family that Irene was Molly's idea. If Kristina wasn't so selfish they could have all got together to name the baby & plan the funeral. Kristina acts like she is the only person to have any control of the baby. I'm glad Molly saw the papers. It's sad to see sisters be so cold. The Ashford family has been taking care of all the work about the baby.

And sure they waited for Krissy to get better but they did not involve her and that was her fear was being pushed out like she was garbage and just being used.. she wanted an open surrogacy and to raise baby like it was all 3 of theirs but Molly and tj are uptight and they barely participated in getting to know the baby...Krissy stated before that all they do is argue about what she's doing instead of asking to feel bump or what food baby seems to like, or when baby was most active. So I feel she's justified. It's not fair for molly to dismiss how Christy feels but I agree it's not ok to throw in Molly's face what she can't experience.. now they all might not be able to have babies.. but if Chrissy can I hope her and blaze get back together and get a donor and have her own baby

Best scenes were Molly and TJ united against Kristina. So disappointed in Alexis. Kristina DID turn the funeral all about her until Molly said something- Alexis NEVER should’ve encouraged Kristina - Sonny stays away. Sounds about right. Kristina is being written to be just like Daddy. Now that Blaze is gone, I see cheating in her future .
