The kind of ASMR that **really** works for me is "eloquent ASMRtist with a soft voice rambling about a subject they're passionate about" and boy, do you check every criteria on that list! In 7 years of actively searching for good ASMR on KZbin, you're the very first I went from "add to watch later" to "listen to it non-stop while working" in less than 24 hours. And I'm not a fan of whispering AT ALL, so - at least to my own appreciation - you got a real thing going, and I wish you all the best! Quick sound editing tip: every time you have a recording session, take the habit of recording 1 minute of silence when you're done... So that you can have this filler of white noise that you can use in editing so there is no gap when level adjusting ; also, it's a great opportunity to relax/think/retrospect after performing.

Not listening to the Cabaret soundtrack because of Alan Cummings is one of the craziest things I've ever heard of. Joel Grey won an Oscar for the same role and you are seriously missing out.

You have a nice vinyl collection. I just wanted to say thank you for this video. I bought Encore by Cheryl Lynn 1983 on vinyl and it's amazing. You are super duper cute, keep up the videos. Hope we can see more collection vids like this in the future. Much thanks from St. Louis, Missouri. 🇺🇸🔉💯🦅

Beegees are under appreciated, Night Fever’s also a great song. Never really got into ABBA but I’m going to see a production of Mama Mia soon so maybe I’ll find that I like it!

Places and Spaces by Donald Byrd is totally worth listening to, Dominoes is my favorite song off it. It also has a nice cover IMO or whatever it's called if you ever want to get it on vinyl. I also really like 'Justments by Bill Withers too but IDK if you'd feel the same since we don't seem to listen to any of the same people other than the BeeGees lol. I still thought your other vinyls looked neat. I don't really listen to albums all that much though so usually I put the songs I really like onto huge playlists, but that Donald Byrd album is pretty short and sweet.

Loved this video and your record collection, most of the artists are new to me, which is cool! ❤ Of all modern music I def seem to gravitate toward indie type music the most. Last album I enjoyed was News of the Universe by La Luz, but there's so much cool music out there that I could recommend.

I do also like They Might Be Giants! My favorite songs are “The Communists Have the Music”, “Kiss Me, Son of God”, and “She Was A (Hotel Detective)”. I’ve listened to ween before but I can’t really name any of their songs so I’ll try to check them out again!

I bought that Adam and the Ants album when it was first released. And you bought it at an antique store. Ouch!!😂 I understand how you felt when the singer looked at you. Years ago, I was in the front row for a Cure show. They've always been my favourite band, and during "In Between Days", Robert Smith looked at me. Not just a quick glance, but a real look that lasted a few (very long) seconds. I'd known him and the band (in its various incarnations) since 1980, but for those few seconds, he knew that I existed too!! It's one of my favourite music based memories. I hope that you give the Cabaret soundtrack a listen, although it would probably be better if you watched the film first. It's a different take on the play than the Alan Cumming version. The play is based on a book by Christopher Isherwood, and Sally Bowles is based on a singer that he knew in Berlin. She was from England, and Isherwood described her as a very bad singer who thought that she was a very good singer. I think that this is made more obvious in the Alan Cumming version. In the film, Liza Minelli's Sally is a great singer. Although they are 2 very different versions of the play, I think that they can both be enjoyed for what they are. And Joel Grey's Emcee (who he also played on Broadway) is just as iconic as Cumming's Emcee.
