It's frustrating when the project is presented as TOD but the details on how the condo residents may access the MRT are not at all explained here. Short walking distance in a straight line usually is misleading and will attract uninformed buyers. There are always building, fences, drains etc in the way. Unless the developer makes a purpose built covered walkway to guarantee residents access to the station during rain or in the heat of the sun, then it's not TOD, pls refrain from using the TOD in your sales info. It's not at all oriented for the proposed Rejang MRT.

Hi NurismanTube, thanks for watching. We do have the MRT3 plan info with us that since last month MRT Corp held the event of 'MRT3 Info Truck and Kiosk' on 10/9/2024 at Wisma Rampai for Rejang Station detailed information. Where they are still having the Truck and Kiosk on going until end of November for the whole MRT3 Circle Line nearby station. You may check it out on your free time to those Truck and Kiosk for your further details about the line.
