i don't understand how Sridevi could drown while he was sitting in the living room? Most people that drown due to drug overdose etc are usually alone when they pass out. But, i don't get her death b/c if she was so out of it then she wouldn't have gone to take a bath but her drowning while he's waiting to take her to dinner doesn't make sense.

It's wrong and disingenuous to speculate the worst - it could be that Boney got so involved in watching his TV program while waiting for his wife in the living room that he lost track of time, somewhat and I guess he was unaware that she probably may have conked out in the bathroom, probably due to extreme tiredness or excessive alcohol - no-one can be sure. Conspiracies of any kind are hurtful and worrisome for the families concerned. But, it was established by Dubai courts and through post mortem examinations that Sridevi's death was caused by accidental drowning and please don't speculate that 'bribes' were paid for that investigation, as that's very unlikely, to add to further conspiracies. @@shamspuri2493 I am a huge Sridevi fan. Used to mimic her dance numbers. No one really knows what happened for sure except Boney. But, I do think it's odd that she died in his presence. And idk if people that are so drunk enjoy taking baths. I don't even want to take a shower if I had too much to drink already. So, idk hard to really understand how she went to take a bath so intoxicated etc and just drowned while he was watching tv. Celebs that end up drowning in bath tubs, seem to be overdosed and intoxicated and alone when it happens not with someone else in the home or their hotels. People with money get away with a lot of things. I read that her mom died in USA from a surgery mistake and Boney sued and got money then as well. I'm not saying he's guilty of killing her. But if she had died in a hotel room in America, they would have investigated much more if he was the last person to see her alive. Not just let him go after a few hours of questioning. Irrelevant if he's guilty or not, she was a great actress and it's sad she died so young.

@@rrupyg Agree with almost everything you say but the story in the press was that Boney had suddenly shown up in Dubai and the reason for Sridevi being in the bathroom was that the two of them were going out for a meal in a restaurant so that’s not improbable or abnormal at all. It’s difficult to ascertain 100% but these are logical assumptions and I’m not inclined to cast aspersions that the Dubai Police botched their investigation. The Doctors involved in post mortem procedures will have done a thorough examination, as much as possible, to determine the cause of death. I’m also inclined to believe the police will have questioned Boney very thoroughly since the death of a very famous FOREIGN celebrity would have propelled them to do their very best as coverage like this is not palatable for the country and families of the deceased and if Boney indeed was a suspect, they will have done everything to bring him to court. Dubai is a popular destination for many ex pats and tourists and the authorities would want to do the right thing rather than brush the ‘crime’ (if proven) under the carpet. It was a very tragic occurrence and stuff does happen for which no one has control over and Boney cannot be accused of a crime that wasn’t proven.
