Props to Dejounte for giving Kawhi his props. It sucks how it all went down at the end for Kawhi with the Spurs. But in that short time Dejounte and Kawhi played together, Kawhi was a great mentor to him. To tell him to focus on making the All-Defensive Team was such great advice and it worked out. Murray was an all-star after that, and the rest is history.

One of the humblest, most genuine, most chill players I have ever seen. Since 2016 been the same, never added a cheat code to his game. Just love how hearing his story he really just like one of us, like I appreciate when a dawg is just so blunt and real with the story, that it feels like they talking like they're your fam. Dang, this interview was one of the top 10 you guys have done! I’m glad I watched this because I see him in such a different light now. His mentality is perfect to a guy that will be great on and off the court. Respect 🫡
