@@raftemmerman765 Yes, because the whole piece is absolutely sad. It opens with a man in a mental hospital, starting to tell his story, which then gets explained by the song. This part that is highlighted here by the timestamps describes the enlightenment experience, but the song degenerates and gets uglier and uglier and very sad until we hear the man fighting that he hasn't gone mental. It is the story of a man who had the oceanic vision and has lost it and become a paranoid fanatic who lost everything about his vision, but the memory of it. Locked up in a mental institution. It reminds me of what Carl Gustav Jung said about it: Beware the dangers of unearned wisdom. Alan Watts spoke about it too. So did Ram Das.

Listened to this live. Watched Simon Posford rock it out with a peacock feather in his fedora hat. Danced with my cousins.
