I truly appreciate you making videos in english. it has been a life saver, especially when I'm not hmong or grew up cooking these delicious dishes. I do cook with my future nyabs, but your video helps explain more in detail of the process and it turns out delicious. A perfect dish for the Memorial weekend, Cindy! Love how you have clean and well-trimmed fingernails and wearing a disposable gloves for food safety. Just make sure these beautiful rice balls stay in a safe temperature zone and eaten within 2 hours frame to avoid the food poisoning by the bacteria called, Bacillus cereus with their toxic spores. Or all the hard work may be wasted. Keep up with your good work!
