Our Solar P1 2.0 does 40-43 mph easily and is rock solid at high speeds. Sounds like you have a P setting out of whack, or you have the scooter in Eco mode ( Yellow Button ). All the P series scoots can hit 40mph without breaking a sweat.

Solar scooters had me set all the settings on the display so the scooter is maxed out. I’m not sure what the issue is. The display was reading 40 but my GPS wasn’t…. Can you send me what your p settings are?

@@SHREDDIEMCSKATE Its probably not your P settings but, the one that matters is P7. That's the speed limit ratio. By default its set to max (100) from the factory, I doubt that would change. Its more likely tire pressure (40-45psi) and the ECO button because there is no indicator on the display if you hit it by accident, which I have done a shit ton of times lol.

Looks very similar to the one I just bought..HVD-3, 800W. Advertised as 50kph..32mph, With a seat😉. Went past speed sign full throttle, flat terrain 3rd gear and hit 34. Very sketchy feeling sitting down..got rid of the seat

Why do people buy performance scooters.....the small tires are sooooo limiting and because you can only put batteries in the bottom plate you aren't able too put a lot of cells in it.....high performance scooters have around 60-72V and if you look at EUCs.... even the cheapest one has 84V and they go up to 168V. A scooter may be more comfortable at very high speeds at around 60mph if the road is good but if you want that buy surron....18-22 inch and rhe difference in comfort is insane.

1:55 Solar says this scooter will go 40mph and other testers like ESG have GPS speed verified it slightly quicker. You get 32.3mph and there's no brow raising, no objective criticism, no question raising, no trouble shooting? I'd be on the phone with Solar asking if I had missed something. I'm guessing if anyone was going to hit that speed, it would be you at a 150lbs. I don't understand what service you're providing to your viewers if you're incapable of asking questions or calling to task the manufacturer's claims vs test results. Were you going up hill, was there a headwind, was the GPS working properly, was there an issue with this particular scooter.... don't care?

Bro💀 solar p1 is sooo much better. The bulid quality for the g4 is shi 😭. Single motor😂, 48v, hard to fold, heavy, g3 Pro is a 100x better than g4, throttle 💀, unreliable company and 2000 watt aka slower acceleration... Look after some stuff before talking smack
