Hey Jason, this is the third short you posted with this new dual shredder. That is one awesome piece of equipment! When you smelted down the metals last video, it surprised me how much precious metals were actually there! 😳🧐🤔 If I had a claim or recycling business, you would be the one I'd call for a set-up on my property. I know that many will be contacting you for this addition to their recycling equipment. By the way, I don't know why, but I was eager to see how the shredder handled the rubber! Since it is not a "hard" object, again I was shocked! I send blessings from Alabama ❤️

You could sell thousands of those if you upscaled. Kits. Home business kits. Shredder for material + directions and tools to convert/recycle for personal use or usable or trade/marketable product (composite brick/planking etc) Show them how, then sell them the tools/forms and create an online trade network/community. Wonder if that made sense?

Would be great if you could demonstrate crushed rock going through the shredder. If it works you could eliminate the hammer mill, as the hammer mill maintenance is very expensive.
@mr.morelock2 ай бұрын
You might end up with the same problem, or worse... hammers wear out, but these cutting teeth would, too... but first you would make them so dull as to be worthless. They make their own replacement hammers... making new toothed wheels would be a lot of precise machining of hard steel... I'm betting stone is the wrong application.

tip: intro music is not needed, your presentation style is strong on its own to carry the intro; or avoid like hell trying to talk at the same time as there will be intro music and keep the intro music to max 5 seconds (equals the average attention span of people these days... ugh) before ducking hard and talking through the duck. keep outro music just duck the level down so your speaking voice can pop through it (or pick some music with less mid-frequencies that gives some separation for your speaking voice). It was just a bit difficult to hear what you had to say through the music portions and while music will help make an impact and sell product, your presentation is really strong so it's better to highlight that. cheers!

Didnt even notice the music until you mentioned it. I dont think there's a problem at all.

Cardboard is BALED for recycling but shredded cardboard would be great for dunnage. No more Expanded Polystyrene peanuts.

I'd like to see it shred polystyrene/Styrofoam... see if it will just tear it to bits, or actually reduce the volume.
@johnblair81462 ай бұрын
@@mr.morelock the recycling term for "styrofoam" is Expanded Polystyrene or EPS. EPS can be reduced in volume using hydraulic compression, At work, I operate a machine that first shreds the EPS and then compresses it into dense blocks. The density (weight/volume) of these blocks is similar to hard woods such as oak.

Shredding plastic is NOT GOOD for the environment. I know you mentioned recycling it but if your not in a closed environment where the scraps and dust that fly off and away from the machine can be recaptured then your just polluting the environment with more microplastics. Especially since youll probabaly just throw it away since your not a recycling facility. According to research data 9 out of 10 men already have microplastics in their testicles... Good video showing its capabilities but bad execution on environmental health/safety standards. Much love and i wish the best for you! Hopefully one day youll be a multi-millionaire!
