not illegal if its registered as a jet ski. lol anything over 5hp has to be registered to be a vessel and you must have a boaters license for it. its all legit. just alot more sketchy because of the things they do with them.

@@Mx2J You are right, except most public waters have many operating restrictions. No wake, 10HP limit, speed limits, operating 100 feet apart, etc. Waverunner just seems much easier and is still very fast.

What do you do for fun? These boats are hand made usually by their owners and are legal as well. Crossing the street has risks so stay at home right? Anything motorsports or worthwhile gets loud containing a element of risk its called living life! I can't help but wonder at a comment such as yours. Would you restrict or make illegal what others enjoy? Loosen up man, no body was seriously injured and from what I have seen they are hurting nobody. Marketing is how others know where to go to make their dream come true.

If they want to break their own neck, I am OK with that if they do it on their own property or in areas designated for it. But not on public property.
