yes, according to hinduism, eating or killing any animal(s) is considered as sin. shree krishna's direct order is a person should never harm any animal for sake of one's own needs or greed. he also said that one should delete all his/her ego ,lust,greed,etc. and must surrender upon him. if someone follows all this accurately ,surely reaches to vaikunth dham;- shree krishna's abode. one more thing, in hinduism , it is not hinduism, its "sanatam dharm" meaning a religion before time. invaders gave sanatan dharma the name hinduism. hopped it will help, you can always ask for help, i will surely try to solve ur problem🤗🤗
